		<description>in London&#039;s kings cross we also had problems with a noisy cement/concrete facility.  I found that the best way to tackle it was to take a video of the noise (stick the camera out of the window when the noise was happening).  

put the video in youtube and then send links to the chief executive of uk operations (if your ring head office politely they will usually put you through to their assistant who will take an email) and the council noise enforcement people and the councillors.  this cut through the low level bureacratic loops one can get stuck in in company and council.

making a video of the noise was effective in communicating to people just how irritating it is.
