		<description>Pathetic. 350,000 wont pay £1 each. I am a jobseeker and I would happily donate 50p per week to such a good cause although I had only been in hospital once (excluding the time I was born).

You pay taxes, you pay N.I... so why are you expected to pay an extra £1? This isn&#039;t much and like I said it is a good cause but I don&#039;t see people agreeing morally with it when constant taxation increases when services are cut. It isn&#039;t a funding issue but a money distribution problem.</description>
