Why would someone have to close their WordPress site down if they were identified? It would be too late! Der.. Maybe it’s a Conservative Party member who has not too long ago been stripped of their portfolio after not doing what they’re told?

That doesn’t follow, because any damage possible would already have been done. What would shutting down achieve?

In relation to our unmasking, Paul Staines at Guido Fawkes managed to hide his identity for many years. It so happens that if we were identified we would have to shut down straight away.

Like you, I do not know the identity of IpswichSpy- and like you I think they should not be anonymous.
BUT it is not me or anyone I know in the Labour Party- it was my own opinion of what I think Ipswichspy should do- like highlighting when a meeting of Council tennants was held and Cllr Pope (or any other tories) turned up but this was part of a public consultation on the future of Housing Offices- and surprise, surprise- they agreed to shut them last night.
So I am afraid I think they are just people interested in politics possible slight anoraks like ourselves.
But if you turn up for meetings, you ahve nothing to fear!
