<p>As Belstead Avenue is used as a through road by drivers who dislike the incline on <a title="Luther Road" href="http://bridgeward.org.uk/category/luther-road/">Luther Road</a> this is not acceptable. I&#8217;ve seen two near accidents in the last few days.</p>
